  • Ghanaian Applicants: GH¢220.00

Deadlines:

  • E-voucher Sales: Friday, 23rd August, 2024
  • Online Application Submission: Friday, 30th August, 2024

Online Application Process

  1. Visit apply.ucc.edu.gh and select “click to apply for a programme.”
  2. Read the application instructions and admissions brochure carefully before completing the online application form.

Entry Requirements

For Local and International Students:

  • WASSCE/SSSCE: Credit passes in six (6) subjects with an aggregate of 36/24 respectively. Three core subjects (English, Core Mathematics, Integrated Science/Social Studies) and three relevant electives.

    • WASSCE: A1 – C6
    • SSSCE: A – D
  • GCE Advanced Level: Credit passes in five (5) GCE ‘O’ Level subjects (including English and Mathematics) and three (3) passes in relevant subjects at Advanced Level.

  • General Business Certificate Examination (GBCE): Credit passes (A-D) in six (6) subjects, including three core subjects (English and Mathematics) and three relevant electives.

  • International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE): Credit passes in five (5) GCE ‘O’ Level subjects (including English and Mathematics) and three (3) passes in relevant subjects at Advanced Level.

  • International Baccalaureate (IB): Minimum grade 4 in three Higher Level subjects relevant to the programme (grade 5 for Health and Allied Sciences) and grade 4 in English/Literature and Mathematics (SL).

  • American High School Grade 12: Final GPA of 3.0.

Special Notice for B.Ed (Physical Education) Candidates

Candidates applying for B.Ed. (Health, Physical Education, and Recreation) must be ready for a practical examination. The date will be announced later.

Important Instructions

  1. Keep a printed copy of your application for your records.
  2. No hard copies should be sent to the University.
  3. Applicants awaiting 2024 WASSCE results must select the “Awaiting Results” option.
  4. No changes to the programme after submission.
