Important Notice: Online Admissions at Accra Technical University
Attention Prospective Students: All admissions to Accra Technical University (ATU) will be conducted exclusively online.
How to Obtain Your E-Voucher
To apply, you will need an E-Voucher Serial Number and PIN, which can be acquired through the following methods:
1. Mobile Networks: Dial the short code *389*288# on any mobile network and follow the prompts to make your payment. You will receive your E-Voucher via SMS.
2. Bank Branches: You can also obtain your E-Voucher at any of the following banks:
- Access Bank
- Bank of Africa
- Fidelity Bank
3. International Students: If you are applying from abroad, please send an email to info@atu.edu.gh. An application voucher will be generated and sent back to you in response.
Steps for Online Admission
1. Access the Admissions Portal: Visit [https://application.atu.edu.gh](https://application.atu.edu.gh) and enter your E-Voucher Serial Number and PIN for the 2023/2024 academic year admissions.
2. Complete Your Application: Follow the instructions on the online admissions system to fill out your application.
3. Submit Your Application: Once you’ve completed your application, submit it online and be sure to save a copy of the summary page for your records.
E-Voucher Costs by Program
The cost of the E-Voucher for various programs is as follows:
- Bachelor of Technology (BTech): GH₵ 200.00
- Higher National Diploma (HND): GH₵ 200.00
- Mature Applicants: GH₵ 200.00
- Non-Tertiary: GH₵ 200.00
- Pre-HND: GH₵ 200.00
- Professional Programmes: GH₵ 200.00
- International Applicants: Free
Important Information for Mature Applicants
Mature applicants should note that the total cost for tuition (classes) and the mature entrance examination is GH₵ 500.00.
Eligible mature applicants must pay a total of GH₵ 700.00 (GH₵ 200.00 for the application form and GH₵ 500.00 for tuition and examination) at any branch of Bank of Africa, Fidelity Bank, or Access Bank.
