Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the MIPLC/DAAD Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be a citizen of a developing country as listed on the OECD DAC List, and must not have lived outside their home country (or another developing country) for more than two years.
  • Must hold at least a four-year Bachelor’s degree (or a three-year Bachelor’s degree plus an additional degree), with above-average results.
  • Must have obtained the last degree no more than six years prior to the application.
  • Must have at least two years of full-time professional experience in a public authority or a state or private company in a developing country.
